THE SULLEN WOLF CRY
Now you would think that this is about a wolf, but sadly it's about a girl and a curse. I will talk about the curse, but I want to explain the girl first. This girl was thowrongly, yet she was still thought of as a witch, sorceress, or vampire. Most people believed her a vampire by the way she always wanted to be inside during the day. Her skin color on most days was pale, but then tan on others. People never looked in her eyes for the fact of seeing them change. If normal her eyes were a dark blue, but when angered to the point of uncontrollable her eyes flashed icicle grey. Some scared peasants thought she was a sorceress by her reading skills. She could beat the best of scholars at speed reading. At the same time contain what she read in a book in a matter of seconds without thinking about it. She could store them in her head for later use when she needed them. Then she could retell the story backwards and forwards without missing one thing. The most terrigying part of that scared everyone was that she could show no emotion, and lock herself in her head for days without being disturbed. A lot of little children though she was a witch. They could always tell what emotion she was feeling by the wind. They all said that her emotions controlled the wind. For when she was happy the wind felt like a breeze on a really hot day. It was enough to cool you off, but not strong enough to pull you off your feet. Then if she was angered the wind pulled in a raging storm that could rip apart anything. If she was sad the wind pulled in a slight drizzle. If irritated the wind would nip at you and tug, but never shoved you. When caring the wind would cradle you. Now when she cared dearly for a man all of town's people thought she had cast a spell on the man to make him care for her. So they cursed her. This curse mad her a wolf for three months out of the year, but she still mourned for her cherished one. She was hunted, but forgotten after three years. After those three years she disappeared and was never seen again, but some say they still can here her lonely wolf cry every night. Others believed she stayed a wolf and lived a short life. Believe what you want, but listen to the wind it will tell you if she is alive or not.
